I have solar panels on my home and they're great for reducing my power bill when the sun does shine.
My payback period, thanks to the Federal Gov subsidies is about 4-5 years.
However it looks like we are in for a reduced solar power generated period due to the Indian Ocean Dipole.
At least the spring growth will be awesome and the bush fire season will be dampened.
Read below - I don't fully understand it but I guess Global Warming and those dastardly evil Australian, (Latrobe and Hunter Valley) coal powered generators will be blamed.
Just as the 2019-20 drought (and consequent bushfires), was caused by these dipoles.
