That's sad and it appears the birds might be attracted to the light?
Hopefully they will soon find a simple solution as it's confined to a small area. Perhaps a few solar powered raptor drones directly above the collecting towers with the thermal updraught keeping them aloft? Broadcasting the warning cries of the various birds around the perimeter?
I wonder how that compares to the loss of birds and animals that have been displaced by coal mines? How it compares to the loss of those creatures throughout the planet due to the changes to the environment caused by burning fossil fuels?
