i wouldn't say that. They pay a good dividend. I'm at work and just read the headline. If the solar power agreement is the same as was mooted long ago - it's the same Malaysian company I think - then there should be no huge capital outlay for NIC. The Malaysian company builds it and NIC guarantees offtake.
