My understanding is they can concentrate at the plant to 94/97% and did so previously. There's a little bit in one of the older reports that says previous production earned a reputation for high quality.
According to the Focus CEO they can add another stage to the onsite processing for $10m that will take the purity to 99%.
I thought I heard him put a value of $45K a tonne on this 99% product but I haven't been able to verify that anywhere as the high end stuff only trades on a spot market.
As I understand it most of the new high tech apps require high purity, coarse flake (partly to reduce wastage) and Uley has both in spades.
Interestly 40% of China's production is low value fines and they import coarse from N Korea.
My understanding is they can concentrate at the plant to 94/97%...
