Ausheds, I agree with you that the raising of the graphite profile will certainly put more value(perceived)on uley.
But I do not think it at all likely that the loose non-binding agreement will go ahead, I feel that offer was the best of the chancers only. The real deal will come from an entity which sees it MUST secure its future supply of graphite. We should be looking to Japan and Europe is my feeling.
