pixby: You are absolutely CORRECT! There is great interest from Asia (particularly Japan) in ULEY as previously announced by SER (last year). I even seem to remember that besides Japanese companies showing strong interest, also Chinese and Korean interest were mentioned (purely from my memory - have not looked this up now...).
Regardless, I FULLY AGREE that Mr. Muzzin will get the best deal for shareholders.
I expected (still expect) to read some positive news in this respect sometime in late February or if a bit delayed sometime during March. All JIMHO, of course.
