    OLWR is electromagnetic radiation and charged particles from Solar storms do effect the Atmospheric charge so wonder if this has the capacity to speed up or slow down atmospheric systems.

    Also tinnitus the Lunar Nodal is 18.6 years and the average Solar Cycles is 10.6 years... so you can do the math when the Harmonic occurs.
