Are these results likely to be released before closing of the share purchase plan? I thought they were meant to be released or 'to hand' mid May?

Surely the majority of normal shareholders wont pump any further money into KTE unless there is some positive news?

Also does anyone have an opinion on the share purchase plan? It seems like a fairly odd offering to me as it is not based on the size of current holding. Is this abnormal?
