This company is abnormal, they have achieved stuff all and promised plenty since taking over from the previous two lots of crooks!!!
Take it from me, i have been a shareholder for many years and lost a small fortune on this dog so you would have to be considered a strong canditate for being committed to an asylum if you considered throwing any further funds into this company.
They (current directors) are treating their shareholders with contempt when you take into account their lack of updates and progress. Just have a look back at their original time frames for the solar cell project and you will realise that you cannot trust anything they say!!!
The current share price is indicitive of what the market thinks of this company and the current directors.
They would need the placement to be fully underwritten to raise any cash IMO.
