Solar thermal in Port Augusta

G'day ALL,
There was an announcement many months ago that mentioned getting into solar power. We heard nothing about it since that one vague paragraph. Whether or not the company still has any ambitions or not is hard to know as there has been silence on the matter since then.

Anyways as a side note came across this recent article from 24.08.2017 which is somewhat connected to LCK / Port Augusta power station / solar (thermal) power.

Shanghai Electric
Also some months ago an announcement mentioned that shanghai electric was still fully on board the project however no formal letter was written to confirm this in writing but the company is satisfied that from discussions with Shanghai Electric they are confident and assured that they are committed.

Fast forward to today with China Energy forking up $20m and not a mention of Shanghai electric in over a year - what’s the story there or did I miss an announcement about them? Does one assume they are they are out of the picture.
