I don't know why in winter we don't draw air from within the roof space - through dust filters etc. and pump it into the house --
in winter if the sun is out - it still gets bloody hot in a roof space very often.
I also see sun rooms in southern homes that are unused for the vast bulk of the day - and, if they are closed up - they really heat up - but, I see very few places that transfer that trapped heat into the house proper -
god knows why ------------ it's free heat - sitting there just waiting to disappear at night.
