I wish this plant every success but no molten salt plant has yet been successful.
It aint simple.
The mirrors and towers are simple.
Then you have a focussed sunbeam strong enough to melt salt, thats a clever heat exchanger, materials of construction?
Then the plumbing, pumps and valves for liquid salt.
Then the HX to form steam, at short notice, from liquid salt?
The the usual 135MW steam turbine, BFW pumps, IO plant, etc
Staff, say 3 operators around the clock = 15 people.
maintenance staff say 10
White collars say 5
Thats 30 people for a 135MW intermittent generator, oh dear,
