    I believe that Dr. Bill Cheam, the inventor of SBP,s lead technology, has been indicted for re-formulating old and out of date pharmaceticals, and as he was one of the promoters of SBP,s technology, travelling to the US. with Carter earlier, may have put a dampener on SBP.
    Can anyone expand on, or comment on this?
