I don't think a speeding ticket will slow this down too much, as everyone knows the state of play with this one, ie its all in the Minister's hands, and CAZ have played by the letter of the law. Really all we are waiting on is a yay or nay from the Minister.
Normally a speeding ticket will put the brakes on something around which there are 'unsubstantiated rumours': around CAZ there is pretty much none of these.
In other words I'm not banking on getting an opportunity to top up again below a $1.
