Unconditional JV terms MUST of been met as per previous ann. (min mt @ 60%)
This was for NSL to have 25% JV. And NSL spend up to 400 k.
Did any report or ann show 400 k spent?
So a merger is announced. Why a merger if AIO hold 75%. What would be the incentive for the merger?
IO is backing up on India/Chinas shores due to export issues in India.
We should of got results of rock chips samples by now. They have to be holding them back, but why?
I still hold and will to at least the ann. Not down ramping the stock.
Anyone care to comment on these points?
