They arent invalid comparisons, they are a mixed group of life science stocks that are either at the same life cycle or coming into the same life cycle as AVH.
The tech, approvals and all the other stuff is irrelevant to the original point
Some have more staff on the ground in the US, some have less
The point is no one is even close to the cash burn and exorbitant wages that AVH are splashing out.
It could just be that they are so completely arrogant and confident in the product they know they can get away with it and know they can deliver a profit but im not comfortable with them kicking the ability to make a profit so far down the road for multiple reasons...
New tech and new competitors are always coming and just when we might be hitting profit there might be a better option and the SP is never truly realized. 2020-21 is not a time to be blowing $$$$$$$$$$$$
