Its a flawed argument, 4DX, OCC,PNV, NXS, BD1, and probably hundreds of others derive their main income from the US without blowing millions and are all doing it with soldiers on the ground.
The argument has never been about the quality of the product so stop carrying on cheerleading and carrying on about Barda/FDA, these life science stocks all have the same.
What they don't have is a huge cash burn and exorbitant wage bills
