Have a look at the DJ index - its very close to a key area of support (11750ish). With all the stuff that's going on in the US its going to go through that and another bear run will happen ........and that's before we consider our own market here - very close to a major support line also - don't forget indices reflect sentiment - they doesn't predict them.

The fed is also loosing credibility ...when do they stop interfering in the markets.......now that they have done it....and the interest rate reduction will only give short respite to the problems - its not the cost of borrowing but the amount....
