Guys, no need to attack each other. This is a discussion forum. I do not know the details of bank agreement with SGH as it wasn't disclosed in detail to the market. It's great that banks support but they insisted on frequent updates on their financial situation. That tells me cashflow is the key issue and that they are nervous. That's all I know unfortunately and with CAs to be confirmed before end of May hence is why I sold out. Really I hope it turns out OK for everyone's sake. August, I can't wait.
