What's the worst that can happen if cash flow isn't in proving?

We will see the sp drop, other then that the company will still continue on.

I do agree with you, haven't SGH management learnt anything from there past, which is to disclose more to the market and keep us informed which they never did.

I'm sure the banks won't like to see the drop in sp.

Who really knows what's going on, everyone including myself are all speculating.
