hard to say MOJO. I have been interested in PEO for a while, only because of some of the postings on HC, in particular employees posting. Found it very odd.
I looked closer today, but I really can't see TO signs. I must admit, when the SP was down at 11c, it would be very attractive to a larger player such as IIN. I took this into account, and made the assumption that the price is being "influenced" to avert such a situation. If it goes over 20c, and stays there, then I might treat TO rumours more seriously.
