    personally - think this has been a teachable moment about 'expecting' announcements

    its a mistake investors make over and over again.

    nothing wrong with 'hoping'. its certainly ok to consider what might occur if things ooccur as hope suggests

    but to expect it as the main line of probability - thats just setting yourself up to lose money
