    Hi goldbear, appreciate your insights. So basically in the run up to Dec 31 is when a lot of fund managers prepare their window dressing for reporting? (ie lock in gains in some holdings and cycle into other stocks that have performed well so they are ‘holding’ at Dec 31 and can report at Dec 31 they had the ‘winners’ in their portfolio too?
