re: $4.50 target i think its a err of the side of caution stock.
if and when it finds a bottom.....you still have time to buy for any uptick.
i would be looking for news or an update to sugegst things are ok before even touching it.
WEB who has been killing them up until its latest report where it really went all wrong.
maybe FLT has hit some "turbulence" as well.
damn tough business to be in.....and anyone with a web site is your competitor.
