    Then another $10M via noted converting (at an even cheaper price)

    Only $5M to current holders even though the insto placement was over subscribed? Surely they could have offered more to holders and allowed instos to underwrite the SPP.

    By my calcs share holders are being diluted about 50% (shares on issue double).

    And after all this they only have funds to drill 5 wells? I hope there is some money to distribute free lube to current holders......
