Sucessfull wells will prove up the dirt and that could make it $5000/acre like WB states (but not yet). So success will give huge upside. However a bit disengenous fo people to claim that teh acres RFE has bought are instantly of the same value as the Sandridges and Range Resources of this world.

Also the map shows that not all acres are contiguous. So proving up one area won't instantly value the whole 50,000 acres at $5000/acre.
