P, the SPP is at a set price and is very small. It is designed to keep those who did not participate in the cap raising happy. There is no way it will be scaled back. That would not sit well with shareholders. If shareholders dont subscribe for their allocation at 32c (with stock trading well above) they dont understand the market. The buying today looks institutional. Having said that, there is still a decent seller out there also. I wonder what happens when the seller dries up!!
