What a crap deal. Completely sold down the river. They would have bounced it off that huge shareholder shown in the the last annual report - back pages. I tried telephoning them in WA but they will not return calls to confirm that the merged entity is exclusively on the TSX. They did not even have the guts to spell that out in the details. "In the best interests of shareholders" my ass! From bitter experience those hanging in had better pray the gold price stays up. Its inevitable they will get control to some extent.
