    There appears to be a rather malodorous stench to this. The ann on 15/9 said nothing happening that wasn't disclosed already. Did Mmetals demand this to wrongfoot any other parties?? because they sure worked quick to wrap this up from nothing to binding takeover in about 10 business days!!
