I know of some houses being snapped up the first day on the market....obviously these houses are not on the radar of the capital city observers.....so not showing up in the stats to date...
interesting, reminds me of 2003/04...
maybe it is the older retirees, or people about to retire, after seeing the lousy deposit rates...?

what's the story behind your buyers ? were they upgraders or what
