It is disappointingly quiet from Sunland. A few months back they said they'd pay quarterly dividends but we've heard nothing further re divs even though they settled most of Lanes stage 1 back in July and should be swimming in cash.
I'm happy with the overall outcome I'm getting from SDG but the reason for the big discount to NTA was their lack of transparency (perhaps "poor communication" is a less-aggressive term) and things have not changed. The insiders have all the info (eg book value and market value of individual properties) and have bought up big over the past 2 years (share buy-backs = owners buying), and they even bought some of the assets themselves, while us mugs don't even get a complete list of the properties and are made to guess and trust blindly.
