Quarterly dividend is news to me, I saw no such undertaking - what I understood from the announcements was that they will return to shareholders the proceed of the sales less provisions for tax and interest and operating expenses within the next 18 months intermittently as they see fit.
They are doing just that. I am sure you are aware of the latest 10c special dividend announced most recently - You will need to be little more patient for the rest which we should receive a bulk of it during 2022/23.
Personally I couldn't be happier as I will receive the value of my shares in dividends, as well as writing off the full cost base as capital loss, couldn't be better.
