    I guess I struck a nerve. Speaking the truth often does that to those with their heads in the sand. Xstate sold their 25% of Red Earth for $A4.17 million. At that rate, Sgcs 30% would be worth $A 5.0 million however they received only $A 3 million. The $A2 million difference represents 68% of the market cap. If you can find anything positive in this transaction I am keen to hear it.
