Yes i can understand that you can punch a nail in the wall and sit back and look at it because that's all that some can afford to do. But i would much rather be out and about going for meal, exploring our wide Australia and then coming home to my 4 walls and a roof that i don't own, pay for no repairs or rates either. Money in the wallet makes up for any feeling of nesting with no money to spend for life, long as you still have a savings plan for the future of course.
