It will be hard not to with large amounts of cash sitting in the bank. If you know what I mean.
If I didn't buy a house and had over a 120k deposit by now I'm sure I would have blown it on a new landcruiser or something. If you can stick to your plan though it should work out pretty good.
It will also come in handy to help move between rentals.
