Very interesting, DUB and, coming froma soldier, quite an indictement of the Washington/Pentagon "Leaders."

It's always been a problem, MacArthur comes quickly to mind. The armchair and wall-map warriors in political offices have a need -with no considerations about the legality of that need, its source or its value and pass a directive to the commanders of the various elements of the forces, an exercise which has no greater value than that of a procurer of sex- and then all tell the heads of the forces employed to "Go and Do it!" before they all walk out of their offices and into the nearest brothel.
The poor mug soldier (some of them are actually decent folk) on the ground, sees what is possible, probable, legal and illegal but he can only do one of two things: AWL or get with the "program."

To have words like "unConstitional" come out of a soldier, is quite a gutsy indictment, considering the sort of mafia thugs that run the American Govern't.
