TT, I think we are confused, simply because COE has not provided enough detail.
your concerns and questions are valid, but I do not think your conclusions sre correct.
I urge you to contact the COE Investor Relations person.
You might put those questions to him.
Why not get the facts, because I am sure the institutional investors who represent about 80% of the share register, would have the same concerns as we have.
