    Retail Mick- Geo and relationship with trad owners
    Appoint Mehan- Iron ore knowledge and PMM rep
    Retain Lester- Need an INDEPENDENT Chair- sure he was appointed by FAS but he's the only notionall independent nominated!
    Decline cap raising- just a dilution and not necessary if you also vote
    NO to tenement purchase- bad timing for purchase
