The NPV on page 4 of 172.7P is compelling
Multiply this by DGRs shareholding in Solg and assuming the GBP vs AUD reverts to the mean we have a value close to AUD 700M or 1.00 per DGR share
This assumes no dilution and no blow out of costs but it is a positive assessment.
There is no value placed on the other 72 concessions some holding bonanza Au rock chip sampling.
I believe the Solg price is being manipulated but Newcrest coming out of standstill in Oct 19 and BHP next year should lead to a bidding exercise.
DGR will fly when SOLG is in play.
Relief can come from DGRs other subs but they are all some way from positive cash flows or a potential takeovers to enhance DGRs treasury.
