No, no PFS that early. That date is merely when they're releasing the full 43-101 report on the resource estimate of January. I don't know if they've even hired someone yet to do the PFS and BFS, they were advertising recently.
As for the formatting of the resource announcement, you can see that Cornerstone's announcement was in the correct Canadian format, I.e. the same as what solg put in their correction, except with oz's not tons of gold, of course.
