This will be the perfect time for our CEO to announce a Capital Raising with him being the guarantee on the total raised. He just did so very successfully with AJQ where he picked up a large percentage (minimum of 45million shares without going to market/ASX). NM and Board don't have to be in a hurry as they are profiting very well from their huge salaries, plus bonuses and are able to manipulate for their own purposes when they buy chunks of shares. If is takes 5 years or 10 years, so what.....NM is being paid some $1.15million each year. The 6.5 cent DGR options from Sept 17 (13.65 million) is still up $819,000 (profit!!!!) and there is a real possibility of him doing the same with SOLG (14 and 28c options). When announced these options are supposed to go out to both the Directors as well as employees of the company. Last options, even thought said it was an employee incentive program, went wholly to the directors with NM scoring the bulk (13.65 million). It will be interesting to see how many our BOD's have allocated to themselves. Notice that NM hasn't declared his new holdings in AJQ......keep us guessing.
