Yes he may be the best thing since sliced bread but as far as preserving initial investors money in the companies he runs, he is absolutely hopeless. Everyone of our DGR companies is losing money for LTH, i.e., those who put up the initial funding of the company/s. OBIS is the only example where the holders of that company made money, but DGR holders didn't do so well. 1.5cent dividend and the rest of the profits that DGR made from that investment, went on all the other companies that continue to lose wealth. Of course, it also secured the $1.15 million per year that our CEO pays himself, and allows him to travel the world spuking how well DGR and sibling companies are and their Tier 1 potentials. And then out of blue we hear a independent bank approaches him and he agrees for them to buy $45 million of shares in SOLG at hugely discounted prices, from 35-40pence to 25 pence per share. The leak was announced by a poster on this forum and the person/s in the know would have made sizeable profits with this knowledge when they sold their shares at the higher prices. And then of course, we the other shareholders without this knowledge receive the great news that our Tier 1 company has now been officially valued at 25 pence. Our own private open market shares plummet in value and may do so for quite some time because this banking entity may just sell their shares at a profit from 25 pence and upwards.

And then again, in DGR, Solg and other companies, we get further announcements that he and his fellow directors grant themselves more and more options at discounted prices.

If he was actually doing his job he shouldn't be travelling around the world telling the same story .....no need to. It must cost tens of thousands of dollars for these little excursions and trade shows. The only ones he seems to attract is companies that hold the value of our company back down by demanding huge discount to far market share value.

Our CEO should be dismissed from this position of power.....by all means be a director, but the conflict of interest is just so obvious and I suggest is directly in contravention of his statutory obligations....thereby allowing him to commit serious offenses.
