Mather looks the same, Tenstar (Citicorp no.1 on list) has added another 6m which is probably allowed under the creep provisions but they are still supposed to post a change of major holder notice.
And as BM knows, Bizzel didn't take part in the raising. It was Wes Maas of MGH.ax who gave the loan and took the options. Bizzel is on the board of MGH but that doesn't mean his holding in DGR changes.
