I think a bit over 4c is fair now as there are 200m 3c options so total shares around 1.2b
The settlement with ADZ is likely and that would add 20m-30m in my view. This was a result of ADZ putting AJQ into Administration while they were already in discussions, and had made an offer to buy, AJQ for around 13c a share.
The real gain will come when SOLG rises to fair value. The analysts (detailed on SOLG website) had previously valued SOLG at between 60p to £1, or up to 10 x current value. That was before the current funding arrangement so need to see what their new valuation comes in at.
