    And that folks, is exactly why no-one wants to invest in DGR. Quoting you literally "[the board] are not concerned about the large discount to NTA".

    Correct. And if that NTA gap ever started to close (unlikely, but that's another thread), people can jump on then, at the risk of getting in a few cents higher than if they had waited 5-10 years watching their capital erode, which it has ultimately done, if it was invested in this liability.

    Pretty easy risk assessment.
