What I have been alluding to for some time. Our BOD are not worried about the short term......they are being rewarded each and every week with their grossly inflated salaries and bonuses because they simply have to vote for more and more and more! There is no opposition and accountability on the decisions being made. There is certainly no urgency to look after the shareholders as a whole. The bigger shareholder companies and the BOD are always in the game for the long term. If they have to wait for 10 years, so what. NM is going to be paid one million dollars plus whatever and when/if a sale or something is actually produced commercially, that is when his real pay day occurs. OBS is a prime example of no profit for the shareholders until it was sold......How many long term holders actually made money apart from NM and his cronies should be told. Most holders lost. He management of DGR and daughter companies continues in the same vein with a possibility of some long distant outcome.....while he and inner cycle reap and plunder in salaries and bonuses because of their self interest.

Fair summary. I'd add something to what you've said, the board all have positions in the game, but especially NM. It may be that they would actually rather take this thing private, and a depressed SP is in their interests. If they can take this out for 12 cps, I'm sure they'd have a crack.
