Hypothetically if Netflix were looking to start out and the wanted to build their platform and setup to stream their television content then TV2 would be able to set it up for them using their IVAN X platform taking a small percentage from each subscrition.
TV2 is a business to business company. Personally I think that the name TV2U can be a little confusing and seems to confuse a lot of people on what it is they actually do.
