This references 4 law suits brought by the indigenous groups to declare Decree 754 unconstitutional.

My Comment: This is the background to the recent days article on Adventus's EL DOMO CURIPAMBA project as within this thread.
Also, this project is within the projects named by the Ecuadorian govt to be up and running by 2025 also within this thread.

However, CASCABEL [Solgold -daughter co of DGR Global] is not mentioned because it is not near construction yet but is 1 of the projects named by the Ecuadorian govt in the same breath as Curipamba. As for El Palmar, that is under Norris, the CEO who was the former CEO of Solgold.
