Pretty much what Scott Caldwell said before but saying they want to start a decline really means whoever buys will get a flying start. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the potential purchasers signs a HOA (Heads of Agreement) and loans SOLG say $ 50 to $100 M as an advance in say mid 2024 to get that going. Actually, as soon as the copper deficit and likely Cu price escalation become reasonably obvious. Major miners are as saying that now but it will become seen > obvious > glarign in relatively short order say between mid-2024 and mid-2025.
