Typical of asrsenic. You have to be kidding. In every company that Mather is currently a senior director, CEO or Chairman of, they are all failing miserably. Down 95% from listing prices. Yes SOLG is doing a cleanup but let face it, most of these senior executives were all put in place under Mather's direct leadership and approval. Most were left picking their noses doing nothing to substantiate his salaries. Everything expected was thwarted, simply not able to be achieved or was pushing back months before announcements made to push back even further. You could imaging how much pressure Cuzzbbo was under to make him resign after less than one year when clear goals were being actually achieved.....fund raising and merger, etc. Mather is the common denominator in SOLG and all the rest of failing companies. Arsenic glorifies him as 'can do no wrong' and yet every shareholder in all of our inter-dependent DGR companies are losing money hand over fist for shareholders. Mather has built up a fortune from the pigs trough which he strategically formed by filling all the yes men positions he has appointed. BHP and Newcrest don't have members on the SOLG board and yet those companies are being blamed for everything. Have a look at the makeup of AJQ.....no independent directors there. Cuzzubbo was selected by Mather and two other board members taking approx 9 months to fill. All the other
solg highly paid positions were appointed by him directly or with his approval. Mather, as a part time director in all, should be kicked out and let our companies get a chance to blossom without his continual self serving manipulation. Mather has accumulated hundreds of millions of shares worth tens and tens of millions (pounds & dollars) collected though concocted low prices and free bonuses. Also being paid tens of millions over the last decade. No hurry here. No need. He's doing alright.
